At Skip the BS, we understand that it can be frustrating to receive an item that does not live up to your expectations. We want our customers to have 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our our easy Returns and Exchanges policy below.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 4 days of receiving your purchase.  The product(s) must be in the same condition as received – undamaged and unused in any way. We will request a photo of the item to check that it hasn’t been used.

After the item passes the first visual check our customer service will send you detailed instructions on how to return the item. We will provide you with three options:

  1. Swap or exchange your return for different item, different color, etc.
  2. Issue store credit for your return.
  3. Issue a refund* to the method of payment received (Cryptocurrency payment method is non-refundable and a store credit will be issued).

*10% Restocking fee will be applied. These charges cover our time and cost of processing your original sale and your credit return. 

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will do a secondary inspection to absolutely rule out that the item was never used.

If the product is damaged or used in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 4 days have passed, you will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If any part of your order arrives damaged, please follow this protocol within 24 hours of receiving your shipment:

-take 2 photos of the shipping box so we can see any damage.

-take 3 photos of each damaged item from different angles so we can clearly see the damage.

-send one email from the address used to set up your Skip the BS account with the following:

  1. Email to: Info@skipthebong.shop
  2. “Damaged in Shipping” and the order number in the Subject line
  3. Attach all of the pictures. Damage reports sent with out pictures will not be processed
  4. Any and all relevant information
