We reserve the right to request a scanned copy of your Photo ID.  The name on the Photo ID and the name where the order is being shipped must match.  We also reserve the right to request Adult signature to be received at point of delivery.

We will ship to anywhere in the United States.  We use Canada Post however reserve the right to use DHL, Fed Ex, or Purolator.

The shipping charge is on us if you spend over $200.

Skip the Bong Shop does not guarantee that customs will not confiscate the products ordered by you. If in the unlikely event your package is, we will not refund any payments to you, and a reshipment of your order will not be possible. You are solely responsible for knowing the import restrictions on any of the products that you order and that may apply in your State of delivery.

Same Day Delivery is available to Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere and Okotoks. Free delivery if your order is above $50. If your order is below $50 we will try our best, but cannot guarantee same day delivery.

You will receive a phone call/text from the driver notifying you of your approximate delivery time.  We reserve the right to request Picture ID.

You received an E-Gift Card, how do I use it?

If you already have an account with us, log in using your email address and password to process your order.

If you don’t have an account with us, one will need to be made.

Once you reach the checkout page, have verified your billing/shipping address,  enter the 16-digit card number in “Have a Gift Card” option under Payment Information and click on the Apply button. Your gift card will be applied to the balance due. Once you see this update, you can finalize the order with another payment option if needed. If you do not use the entire amount of your gift card, the remaining balance will  automatically be saved for you to use later.

E-Gift Cards are non-refundable

There are instances when items may look slightly different than pictured on the site. Handcrafted products will have slight differences between each item.  Standard bowls that are included with products may look slightly different than what is pictured.  For example, there may be a straight handle, round flat handle, or no handle.
